First of all, I was in a financial bind once my lease was up. I walked into the dealership figuring I'd have to turn in my lease with no other option. Matthew Sullivan presented me with plenty of options as for what I could do, which again I didn't think was possible at all. I never once felt pressured into buying or leasing anything I knew wasn't possible. Long story short Matthew Sullivan, and the finance manager Bobby Barry got me and my wife the best deal possible. Not only have we been buying Nissan for 8 years now, but we've never had such an amazing customer experience. I'd also like to thank Matthew and Bobby for they're service in the military, I am also a veteran and it was great being able to do business with a couple vets, I'll never shop any place else, thanks again

Saw a car on the website, went to see it without calling and it was out being detailed. I was told to put a small deposit down to guarantee my right of first refusal. I drove it today. My hubby is in the hospital over an hour away and the salesman went to tge hospital so hubby could sign the papers. They are delivering the car to me tomorrow afternoon. The manager offered me a loaner to use until this car was back before I even decided to buy it. Amazing. My current vehicle is galling apart and not safe to be driving back and forth to see hubby and this dealership cared. The finance department gave us 3 loan options. This dealership has made a family of lifelong customers. Thank you Kevin, Brian and Vlad!
I was able to tell you what I wanted/needed and not vice versa. I knew what I wanted to leave with in terms of vehicle and deal and didn't want to waste my time or yours. We were able to do that.
This is my second experience purchasing an automobile with Matt Sullivan and Bobby Barry. I returned to them because of the positive experience I had the first time. Trust is an important factor when making a large purchase, and I can truly say that I have complete trust and confidence in his ability, knowledge, and honesty. Qualities like knowledge of product, customer respect, kindness and customer satisfaction are what Matt is all about. Bobby Barry is so patient and so smart! He politely explained every aspect of my financial transaction. He was my life saver with all the assistance he gave me handling my GAP insurance claims. I could not have done it without him. He is honest, courteous, caring, and sincere. He took the time to explain clearly, answer my questions, and ease all of my concerns. Matt and Bobby are great! I hope they never leave Commonwealth Motors. . It's the only place I will ever buy a car. I know their slogan is, "Shop Us Last' but mine is "Shop Us First and Only."
Our Salesman took his time to fully understand our circumstances and criteria for purchasing a car. We felt comfortable and confident with his deep knowledge of inventory, and his patience and kindness was so appreciated.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My daughter bought a Nissan earlier in the year and also had a wonderful experience. They were all very prompt and explained everything in detail. I did not leave with any questions or concerns.

Great price and staff. From the salesperson to the manager to the finance specialist, all were very personable and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience. I have purchased and/or leased several vehicles from Commonweath Motors. It's a 60-mile drive for me but worth the trip every time. Once again, I shopped them last and loved them.
