Last week my Fiancé and I went to Commonwealth to buy a car. I wanted a car from Nissan as I was inquiring about a car a few weeks back and I had a salesman by the name of Matt approach me. His attitude is top-notch so I told him that day that if I was going to buy a car I would come back and see him. Well my car broke down and I was forced to buy a car much earlier than anticipated. So I took Monday off of work showed up to Nissan ask for Matt not only did he remember my name but he also remembered my fiancé Amy’s name as wel. He went out of his way to show me vehicle after vehicle, inside and outside, in the freezing cold, up and down. His professionalism was beyond phenomenal. He is by far unequivocally the best sales person I have ever had the privilege of dealing with during any car buying process. The whole team was attentive to me and my fiancé‘s needs. I would like to give them all a shout out as well. Getting back to Matt he made this process feel like we were part of a family as if we have been friends are entire life even though we met just a short period a go. I cannot say enough good things about his professionalism his attitude his personality if I ever have to buy a car again I hope it’s from him. I would just like to end by stating that this was by far the easiest process I have ever had to buy a car all in one day. thank you to the whole team especially Matt! His is the BEST.

I recently had a wonderful experience leasing a new car at Commonwealth Motors Nissan. I traded in my 2014 Kia Cadenza for a 2018 Nissan Rogue SL. The salesman, Hector, first asked what I was looking for in a vehicle-every detail, down to the color. Once we narrowed down which model might be right for me, he made sure to have me test drive the different vehicles in that color so that I could "see myself in it." Once I decided on the Rogue SL, I was offered refreshments while Bob, the finance manager, worked up some of my financing options, and someone simultaneously did a value estimate on my trade. After discussing my options, I decided to lease, and returned the next day to finalize the paperwork, which was a very simple process that took about 90 minutes in total. Vladimir was sure to explain to me what I would need at the RMV and Town Hall, and reminded me to give my insurance company a call (such things can slip your mind when you're excited about a new car!). Before I left with my new Rogue, Hector demonstrated all the bells and whistles, and set up my Bluetooth connection. I love my new vehicle and could not be more satisfied with my car-buying experience!

The Commenwealth staff, sales and service, have always been excellent ever since I leased my first Nissan almost three years ago. I want to especially mention Jovel, who is no loner at Commonwealth. It was because of Jovel I decided to lease my first car. Additionally Lamar was very helpful during my first lease activities and now Hector is the will be my main contact for helping me choose the best Nissan for my needs. Concerning all my past three years working with Dave and his excellent staff in the service department, I can only think of ONE word...Superb! Rick Barbosa has always been a GEM in that department for so many reasons including excellent customer service, knowledge, kindness, and even some great humor! Ken Rodrigues has also benn a true ambassaor for Commonwealth Motors with his excellent attention to detail and first-rate customer service. These individuals are reason why I am so happy I shopped FIRST at Commonwealth! I had seen the TV ads featuring Charlie and his two adult children and all the grandchildren and decided that I would talk a chance and Shop FIRST, and I have been a truly satisfied customer!. I hope Nissan appreciates how well Commonwealth Motors represent the Nissan brand! EdC

I went into the dealership knowing the amount I could spend on a new car. After some discussion, I got the price I wanted. Kevin was a bit tough but professional and a nice guy! I would go back to Commonwealth to do business in the future.

Went in to Commonwealth Nissan on 2/18/18 as my Pathfinder lease was up and picked up a new Rogue. Worked with Hector Almonte and he was fantastic! Very smooth and efficient process and we were in and out within 2 hours! Hector made it a real enjoyable experience!
